Working systematically through the property a record will be made of the condition of:

This will then be made into a clear, consistently laid out, and easily read report with supporting dated photography as necessary.

Reports can be made available in bound paper copy to be hand delivered or otherwise dispatched, and/or PDF as required.

Check In

Do you require the check in to be carried out on your behalf?

Agreement will be reached with the tenant that the inventory is a true statement of the condition of the property and it's contents.

A completed schedule of condition will then be signed with details of:

Check Out

At the end of the tenancy you may also require the Check Out to be carried out on your behalf.

With or without the tenant in attendance both the Inventory and Schedule of Condition will be used to refer to the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy to determine wear and tear, damage, and cleaning issues.
